We are crazy about quality
Our products undergo numerous tests, which include check of insulation parameters and product density, resistance to pressure of concrete poured from the height of 3 m, tearing strength, strength of ties placement, tightness of joints between the elements, dimensional stability, resistance to fire. Some of the tests are carried out in our in-house laboratory under the supervision of external institutions, and some more complicated tests are ordered at external laboratories accredited by EU.
The material density is tested every half an hour to ensure the correct insulation parameters and resistance to concrete pressure. Fire resistance of our elements is tested once a day. Each lot is subject to pressure test: resistance to 3-m column of fresh concrete. All these activities have one goal: to ensure that our customers, wherever they are, can be sure that they have the top quality product.
